Virgin Media - Defects Resolution

A 3D animation to advise staff on the resolution of on site defects in telecommunications networks and infrastructure. We created a concept around a chain to highlight the impact of a defect and used the analogy to create a dynamic flow that was both metaphorical and direct in its ideas and instructions.
