Givaudan - Feedback

Film project to teach managers how to give effective feedback. Filmed in Geneva at the client's European offices. Using diverse actors we recreated realistic scenes to replicate the feedback conversations managers may have with their direct reports. We worked closely with the client on set and dynamically altered the scripts and direction to maintain a high level of realism and authenticity.
